TV series, based on a manga. Follows a teenage undercover cop armed with a deadly yo-yo as she infiltrates an elite high school to destroy a cabal of terrorists. With that premise, you might expect a zany action movie, but it's actually a depressing drama about teen suicide with sparse action sequences and not nearly enough cool yo-yo stunts.
