American Center for Law and Justice

New on the Favorite Links panel to your right is a link to the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ), headed by Jay Sekulow. I regularly listen to Sekulow's radio program on Sundays. Sekulow is an Evangelical, and though I have many theological disagreements with him (a Christian lawyer ought to have a better understanding of Just War Theory), I nonetheless support his efforts to protect religious freedom in the U.S.

The ACLJ regularly argues cases at the Supreme Court and regularly butts heads with the ACLU. Right now, the ACLJ is working to defend the rights of military chaplains to pray according to their faith traditions. Members of all religions have a stake in this one.
